I cannot believe how amazing I feel. What a ride. I am not good with my words so I will let my photo do the talking. I am down 66 pounds since starting Optifast on October 14th. I chopped my hair off and it seems to be a good distraction from my weight loss to acquaintances (like nosey neighbours etc lol) They all say "ohh you cut your hair! you look 20 years younger!" I do not think they realize I lost a lot fo weight as well! lol!

Way to go! I am sure that folks may have noticed the weight loss, but are too polite to mention that you used to be bigger. Hair is a much safer topic with acquaintances. Friends are another matter though!

I have found that too people are now always complimenting my hair... When I havent done a thing with it ahah.. I think they either notice something different and assume it is the hair or figure it is politer and more safe to mention hair cuts ahah
