I'm home!
I had my RNY last Tuesday and was released on Thursday and we stayed at a local hotel for a couple of nights and then a good friend drove us home here to Peterborough.. boy its good to be home!.
I feel great... no pain at all, except when i bend the wrong way i get a little twinge.
I'm taking it easy and settling into a routine and sourcing all the supplements I need. I think I'll find everything at well.ca. Its not an easy web page to research, but they have a lot of products and free shipping and its a CDN company...
Otherwise I'm doing fine.. my good wife is looking after me, as she has been doing from day one.
I want to thank you all for your good wishes and supportive postings. If anyone has any questgons about what I went through, I'll be happy to share.
Glad your doing well! :)
