That is awful - it really ticks me off how we get jerked around in this process. I have very little faith in this system right now, they are jerking me around too - I call and one person tells me one thing and another tells me something completely different.  Not professional.  At least he apologized, that is good.  Hang in there!

Hi Julie, I don't mind at all. All they told me was that for unforseen cir****tances they needed to cancel me. I still have my original date of the 15th, but it certainly was a great disappointment. Working at a hospital myself I am all to aware of how often people get cancelled due to emergency situations that cancel elective surgery as well as staffing issues or supply/equipment issues. Its not a common occurrence, but always a possibility. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions!
