Opti question (a different one)

I hope I didn't just goof without thinking....

On day 2 of the Opti diet..  without thinking, I grabbed a Life Savers candy from my desk and let it dissolve in my mouth..

After it finished I thought - am we allowed to have a life savers candy while on opti?

If I did "cheat" - it would be an oops, but at least it's only day 2 :)

Yeah, that would be an oops. I have heard people sucking on a sugar-free candy or chewing sugar-free gum while on Opti occasionally - but I'm not sure what your centre would allow, best to ask.

Unfortunately life savers are pure sugar. So no more

Good luck on the remainder of your time on opti. I hear some people actually like it. I was not one of them

Pretty sure you can't have candy while on Opti.  Sugar free fun is ok - I chewed it all the time because Opti left a horrific taste in my mouth even after brushing.  Good luck.

Sorry, no life savers.  You can have sugar free stuff, if it's under 5 calories, but you would have to limit the number of them.  I think it's 25 calories per day, but that could have changed.
