I been a bit depressed with my neck I cant exercise right now its so painful dam car accident :( anyway my friend cheered me up with a huge walk through Ikea! so I got 28Km!!
46 Km for waist management
12 km for Waist Mgmt before I had to have emergency surgery. This week is still recovery for me.
