OA versus FA

Does anyone have experience with overeaters anonymous or food addicts in recovery?  Is there much of a difference between the 2 programs?

Not familiar with FA or its program - no meetings in Ontario. I am looking into OA myself and plan on going to their all day conference on Sept 13 in Newmarket.  Are you in the GTA? Are you interested in meeting me there?

No I'll be going to London if I go as I live west of London so it's closer.  Have you had surgery yet?

Yes, it will be three years in Dec. I had VSG.  I am dealing with some regain and the return of bingeing behaviours.
