No problem at all :) I know how difficult it can be to get the right stuff in the right dose - be prepared for some adjustments as you lose.

I am on Effexor before and after surgery, I did have to have an adjustment done as depression seeped back as my body was not absorbing it the way it should have. So my dosage was raised and instead of taking them all at once, they have to be spread out through out the day so my body gets what it needs.

I am on the Effexor (75mg) and both my family doctor and the ones at TWH agreed that I keep on the 75mgs but I will open them up for the granuales in applesauce and I need to do the twice a day for the constant absorption I used to get.
