I finally know the meaning of "head hunger"...

lol, yeah I know. Several years back I did the Atkins diet and did pretty well too - lost 100 lbs. The problem is that it tells you that you're okay to go low carb and pushes high fat instead of high protein. If I'd known then what I know now.. I likely wouldn't have regained.
