Vitamin D (25-Hydroxy) Test - pre-op - cost?

Thanks- based on what I've heard from many others as well I shouldn't have had to pay. I'm going to be seeing my family doctor next week so I will see what he can do about it.

Good news! I'm getting my money back- it will take 6 weeks for them to send out the cheque lol - but it is covered by OHIP.
