Hey guys!

I have my second appointment with Guelph tomorrow morning and I'm super excited. I was told to bring a food journal for the last week (wasn't my best week but still not bad) and I've done all of the 'homework' my nurse practitioner gave me during my last appointment. I'm wondering what to expect tomorrow? I'm meeting with all three of them-- or at least my NP and dietician-- and I'm kind of freaking out! LOL! Also, I know it must be different within each programs and I will be sure to ask tomorrow... but how many more appointments am I looking at before surgery? I know it's probably quite a few but it helps knowing what to expect.
