Surgeon appt but no date?

Had my surgeon appt yesterday and all went well, signed my papers and everything! Unfortunately they are not giving out surgery appt? was told I will get a call within 1-3 weeks! They are moving things around and even sending people to other hospitals. I'm so upset, I was looking forward to having a date.
