Sticking to the basics - TGIF!!
I'm on day three of feeling like sh*t!!!!
B: chicken broth
S: hopefully something solid
L: italian wedding soup
S: greek yogurt, truvia, sf caramel syrup
D: going to ruby tuesday's.. no clue
S: NO sugar added vanillaice cream and 2% milk.
Ive got morning sickness, constipation, a cold and sinus infection!! Im in great shape!!!
So I normally don't post on this one...but here's the game plan
This morning: 1 1/2 soft boiled eggs w/ 1 piece toast
Breakfast: Cheese and crackers
Snack: Greek yogurt w/ pineapple
Lunch: Chicken Parm
Snack: ??
Then I will be home for a nap and my first of three nights off, going out most of the day so I will plan stuff.....

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 

Catching up... had to have 32 oz of water by 7:15 this morning for my ultrasound - felt like i was floating! Yikes!

L: Turkey salad (roast turkey, greek yogurt, chopped cucumber, chives, a little onion powder)
S: SF pudding
D: (probably) 3 pan-seared sea scallops, sauteed finely chopped zucchini with onions and a tiny bit of bacon
E: 30-day challenge, med intensity, upper body and lunges
