oh liz people were talking about a mock rice pudding in the chat room made with cottage cheese  pudding mix and cinamon and stuff have you  herd of this and if so you think u can make it i would love to try  it  hugsssssssssss   if theres anything you need me to pick up just let me know

I don't use cottage cheese.  HOWEVER...

Ricotta cheese, splenda, and cinnamon all mixed together tastes VERY MUCH like rice pudding.

I use (about...I don't measure):

3/4 cup ricotta cheese
2 packets splenda
heavy sprinkling of cinnamon (maybe 1/2 a teaspoon?  use to taste)

Mix all up...and if you really want to get "fancy" put a dollop of free cool whip on top!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

nope the fancy version is sugar free whipped cream from a can! lol
