D: no clue - it hasn't been sitting...
S: maybe a protein shake

L: Pastaless spaghetti with mozzarella

S: NSA Canned peaches

D: Pork chop

S: popcorn?

Morning Liz and everyone - had to walk the dog this morning so no protein shake - maybe I'll have one tonight...

B: Sausage & egg burrito (hey, they're cheap and quick - 13 grams protein)
S: Banana w/peanut butter
L: Tuna salad on something (ww bakery round or crackers); sf pudding
S: Lo-fat cottage cheese
D: Breakfast casserole
S: Protein shake

E: Curves; walk the dog; hopefully ride my bike!

B: Choc PB Matrix shake
S: Fresh mango and pineapple with LF cream cheese
L:  1/2 roasted chicken breast, 2tbsp spinach/cheese/portabello
S:  SF pudding? or protein bar?
D:  pan-seared scallops with sauteed yellow squash

E:  30-day challenge, day 20 - my legs are killing me!  (EA Sports Active on Wii)

B:  1/4 c ricotta, walnuts, 1/4 blueberries, Chike!
S:  1/4 cup f/f refried beans, 1 oz shrimp, salsa, 1/2 oz. grated cheddar
L:  Gourmet chicken burger, 1/2 sandwich crisp, 1serving Lite Laughing cow spread
S:  S/F, F/F, white chocolate and lemon pudding
D:  Salad and pork chop
S:  Fudgesicles

have a long day it is gonna be hard

B- scrambled eggs with onion and cheese made extra for lunch

S- Greek Yogurt

L- Left over scrambled eggs

S- chai latte

D- not sure I have clients all night so I am going to have to find some
quick items to grab not sure what that is yet
