sticking to the basics - thursday
Yeah - I know it's late, but better late than never, eh? Slept late so kinda skipped a meal - got a late start today. Was WIPED from the drive back yesterday. Sigh.
B: Choc Matrix shake with PB2 (lovin it!)
L: Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal made with milk
S: Pineapple and strawberries with my fruit dip
D: Roasted chicken and a couple of pieces of roasted potatoes
S: Dr. O's choc mousse and fresh strawberries
E: Rest day, but lots of housework so stayed pretty active
