Jo's Before and After Post
The "before" is almost exactly 4 years ago... July 4th 2005.... Roughly 275 lbs...
The "after" was taken about 1 week ago.... 3.5 years post-op... Honestly, I have NO idea how much I weigh now, the only person who knows is my nutritionist and I like it that way!

Liz... you're right, I was very beyone OBSESSED with the scale and when I decided to start with the nutritionist to take off the weight I gained back I told her I didn't need to know how much I weighed, that I was going to go by how I felt and how my clothes fit and NOT obsess over that number. Everytime I see her she does my body fat and tells me how much weight I've lost... I still have no idea what the actual weight is... I do know that I've lost 12 lbs of body fat and gained 1.8 lbs in muscle.... and feel great!

My stats:
Starting weight 234 lbs Height 5 ft 6 in
Goal in 7 months (127 lbs)
Currently: 120-123 lbs
Tops Small Bottoms size 2!!!! UPDATED: 11/11
