August Cooking Class / Support Group!

i have to be down 16 lbs in 2 weeks . you guys think i can do this on the liquid diet ?
I really wanna come , I just dont know how i will manage if im still on liquids.

I won't lie - it will be hard but just come prepared with protein shakes and whatever is on your liquid diet and you'll be just fine! We had LIsa there just 4 days post op and she did great!

YEP YEP!! I was there! It was great to have support so soon after the surgery.  I really didn't even WANT to eat.. and you can always hang in the living room with folks if being so close to the food is hard.

woohoo! we have quite a few "non-cookers" we'll give you recipes to take home and hand over to hubby! lol

 I am still hoping to be there.......with Jantzen in tow!

I plan to be there with bells on!  (just figuratively, of course).  Haven't figured out what I'm bringing yet, though... hmmm.

As requested, I'll bring the edamame dip I made for my family party the other week, and I also want to do a "chilled melon soup"  I have found a few recipies and will play around with them before hand and come up with one that I like....

As of right now you are on the schedule for us to be there! Missing you that is for sure.

I will be there too, gonna drop off my mom at the casino......she can't wait.....to go to the casino...lol...lol....I look forward to seeing you all again.......don't know who from up this way will come down with me, but I have room they just need to email me......Lois
