Day 10 or 40 being on the antibiotic for he$$ - it makes me feel so sick.  Anyway, todays plan:
edit
M1:  yoplait yoplus
M2:  EAS drink
M3:  Dannon Immunity shot
M4:  2 laughing cow cheese wedges
M5:  eggplant parn.
M6:  CIB with milk

I am heading back to Maryland this morning and I have no idea what is in my house to eat because I haven't been there most of the summer.  I will definitely edit later.

I am also heading back to the gym - it's almost been a week!

I tried clicking on your name to send you this in a PM but it wouldn't let me...

Anyway...what antibiotic are you on?  And how much longer are you on it for?  With some it may help to eat about 20 mins before taking it.  Of course, that would mean taking it before allowing our "normal" amount of time before drinking, but it might help the nausea.  Even something like some dry crackers or something....

Feel better!

Ok...so this is an all in one post for me between waking up last night and also what I have packed for jersey.  Jersey meals will also be supplemented w/ some of mom's home cooking, whatever that may be.  And I always have extra packed cause I never know what I'll be in the mood for, or what I'll have time to eat at work

Woke up last night:  Piece of toast w/ PB (4:30 PM)
Work meal 1:  Greek Yogurt w/ berries  (6:30 PM)
Work meal 2:  1/2 cup sf/ff pudding (9:30 PM)
Work meal 3:  Home made turkey salad (smoked turkey, light mayo, apples, carrots, celery, graps) on whole wheat sandwhich round (1am)
Work meal 4:  1/2 cup of turkey salad again, but no thin crisp (5am)
**snacked on 3 pieces of graham cracker*** (unplanned)
Dinner after work:  Totino's mini pizza rolls (6 of them) (8:30ish)

Except for the pizza rolls, I am pleased with my eating - last night we were very SLOOOOWWWW which normally leads to me grazing and eating saltines and what not...but I drank my water instead!

Packed for jersey:

One greek yogurt w/ berries
6 string cheese (enough for 3 snacks...I eat 2 as a snack or 2 with a few crackers and some fruit as a meal)
Salad w/ Seasoned grilled chicken, black beans, fresh tomato salsa (big enough for at least 2 meals)

Will probably have some sort of eggs or something at mom's and/or whatever they had for dinner the night before.
