Sticking to the Basics - Thursday
Just packed up some stuff and will divide it out over the day:

M1: protein shake
M2: a few pieces of turkey bacon
M3: spring mix with goat cheese, olives and balsamic vinegar
M4: ham and laughing cow cheese roll ups
M5: myloplex protein drink
M6: grilled chicken with roasted brussel sprouts
running after school this afternoon and then weights at the gym

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Gave myself credit for fitting into my size 8 evening wear that I bought for upcoming cruise
Excuses --- need sleep more than exercise -- even though not true. I layed in bed awake an extra 45 minutes but could have gotten up and got on treadmill, thought about it, closed eyes til alarm went off
