Ok - made this one up as I went along tonight and it turned out REALLY good on turkey cutlets.  Hubby (who doesn't like most "healthy" things) loved it and suggested putting extra on the table as a dipping sauce.

Took about 10 mins to make, total.  I put the extra in the fridge (I'd suggest keeping it in the fridge no longer than about a week, but it should freeze nicely for a couple of months).  This made a small batch (about a cup) because i didn't want a huge thing of it hanging around.

Enjoy!

Ginger-Peach BBQ Sauce

3/4 cup Heintz reduced-sugar ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 - 3 tbsp ground ginger (i used the kind in the tube in the fridge produce section)
1/4 cup Smuckers SF Peach Preserves (with splenda)
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ground chili powder

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil, whisking constantly.  Reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 10 mins to thicken, whisking occasionally.

I brushed it on thinly sliced turkey cutlets that I had pan-seared with a tiny bit of olive oil, then put them in the oven (preheated to 375) for about 10 mins to "set" the sauce.

VARIATION
I would think this would be really good subbing pineapple preserves or apricot preserves for the peach preserves, too...

Sounds yummy - even though I'm not a huge fan of bar b que sauce - but hubby is.

I might try sauteeing some chopped onions and/or garlic before adding your sauce makings just for an extra flavor.

yummy!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Yeah - i thought about the onions and garlic because that's my "standard fare" for pretty much everything.  I'm glad I didn't in this case, though, because I think it would have overwhelmed the flavors a bit.

Anyway, enjoy and let me know how it turns out!
