L: chicken, califlower in a homemade cheese sauce
S: chocolate pudding
D: chicken burgers (never did them last night, meat was still frozen)
S: chocolate pudding with PB

M2:  cheese stick
M3:  taco salad
M4:  cottage cheese (before gym)
M5:  EAS protein drink (after gym)
M6:  crockpot chicken, roasted zuchini

lots of water

*Every bite of unplanned food matters*  I am repeating this in my head today.  Over and over and over and over and over and over and over....

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

D ground beef + fat free mushroom soup

I decided that making tea is theraputic....the dunking action of the tea bag sort of memerizes me.

Drinking my fluids
Taking my vitamins
Getting my flu shot

L:  Homemade chicken salad with spring mix

D:  Pan-seared tilapia with almonds, squash and french-cut green beans

S: DD Large Coffee with Milk/Splenda
L: 12 size 26-30 shrimp --- 2 servings worth!!!
S: edamame garlic hummus with toasted german dark bread
D: chicken tenders, corn on cob (first all summer), asparagus
S: greek yogurt with tbsp sf butterscotch instant jello pudding --- ooooh so good

cup of tea too at some point.

trying to get off vacation mode . . .  doing good.
