Sorry..
Sweetie there is always a reason for tears and we are sorry for your reasons. I thought it took such courage for you to be there last night and I will never forget how brave you were. You were in what I would call a "protective enviorment" meaning you felt safe to let your feelings out and for that all of us will feel grateful for these meetings where we can both laugh and cry and we are there for one another. Chin up sweetie. Take care and love you.
I can't say it any better then everyone else already did.. but I'm a firm believer that tears and such are sometimes the best thing in this situation... you need to release that emotion if you're going to be able to mourn and heal. You're so very strong for letting us in and letting us support you, it was a very courageous thing to do. You and your family will be in my thoughts.

Hi Shilpa,
Tears and the display of emotions are certainly understood by us all. I've had my time to show it too and will most likely show it more in the future. There is no shame or need to be sorry or feel the need to apologize, no not amongst us who are your family. Like has been mentioned it took so much strength for you to come last night and stay the way you did. And express the things you did. Our support is endless and we all want to feel comfortable in our sanctuary. We want Everyone who needs to express their feelings to always be able to without concern and without apology. My hope is that we will always have a place to express our feelings. I think we will.
You are loved,
Dennis

Ah Shilpa...
you did EXACTLY the right thing last night by coming to the meeting... that is what we are there for - to rally around each other and reassure, love, hug, and support. You've been there for others so many times, and this is your turn to need it. Nothing to apologize for or to be ashamed of.
HUGS, girl.

Shilpa, I wasn't there, but have been to a Barix meeting and know that you were in the perfect company to let it all out. It's important that we be comfortable sharing our feelings with those who love us and support us and that's exactly what you did. You are going through a rough time and need all the support you can get. We are all here for you whenever you need us. So, feel free to let the tears flow.
