Good Morning All. Feeling crummy today - pretty sure this is going to be a sinus infection

B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: fage and peaches
L: salad with lunchmeat
S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
D: not sure something quick when I get home
S: chocolate pudding and PB

Good Morning Liz!  I am in a funk... and I don't feel good.

M1:  protein shake because it is easy
M2:  cottage cheese with sf apple butter
M3:  spring mix with chicken and feta
M4:  protein shake or maybe not
M5:  something chicken
M6:  idk

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Morning all - wonder if everyone is feeling funky because summer is officially over today and fall is here?? I hate seeing summer go - this is a far cry from the old Kathy, trust me, because I hated the hot weather due to sweating just standing still! Now that I only sweat when working out I was loving that warm weather - have my little heater running under my desk right now.

All that being said I haven't posted on here in a while and need to get back to it, so here goes...

D: Baked chicken parm; salad

Between jobs have some trail mix to tied me over until dinner which wont be until 9pm awful I know.

Today's menu:

B: chocolate max protein, coffee
S: cheese stick
L: grilled chicken, salad
S: PB on half a sandwich thin
S: cheese of some sort, vegetables
D: chopped antipasto
S: greek yogurt with berries

I have to go to a ****tail reception for a work conference later today, but at that I'm planning to just have a few bites of cheese and maybe some vegetables, and avoid anything else. I feel good that I'll be able to avoid temptation and stick with my plan!
