Morning all - wonder if everyone is feeling funky because summer is officially over today and fall is here?? I hate seeing summer go - this is a far cry from the old Kathy, trust me, because I hated the hot weather due to sweating just standing still! Now that I only sweat when working out I was loving that warm weather - have my little heater running under my desk right now.
All that being said I haven't posted on here in a while and need to get back to it, so here goes...

Not a funky feeling, just achy from the dampness and temperature change.

S: PB on half a sandwich thin
S: cheese of some sort, vegetables
D: chopped antipasto
S: greek yogurt with berries
I have to go to a ****tail reception for a work conference later today, but at that I'm planning to just have a few bites of cheese and maybe some vegetables, and avoid anything else. I feel good that I'll be able to avoid temptation and stick with my plan!
