Good Morning PA,

I love you all and I'm concerned that more of us are not posting our exercise. Is it that folks just choose not to post(that's ok) or are we not exercising, which is my fear of what may be happening.

The weather forcast this week is pretty nice so I'd like to challenge each of you to get out for a brisk long walk this week  and post it on the daily exercise thread.

Anyone up to the challenge?

Keep on walkin"

Teresa

Today I will go on a 2 to 3 mile run. What are you doing to move today?

Teresa,

I haven't even looked at people's posting on the exercise thread.

I have not done any formal exercise in a good couple of weeks due to the personal issues as well as being beat to crap at work.

HOWEVER - I have Wed-Fri off so I will make sure to do SOMETHING those four days.

Good post.

Pam

Good morning T

I'm not sure if I will be able to get outside to walk today because I HAVE to get to the store on my lunch to pick up a few things. BUT, I will be going to the gym later and will get on the treadmill there.  After the treadmill, I will be doing legs and abs on the machines.

I had really gotten out of my exercise routine except for walking over the past month after dealing with all my mom's stuff, but I am really working to commit myself to getting back into a regular routine now.

This weekend I rode bikes and walked - I'm walking the dog in the morning and trying to get a good walk in for him since he's locked in the house with my mom all day and doesn't get much exercise there. Last night I went to Curves and had a good workout - tonight I will ride my recumbant bike for at least 8 miles - try to pu**** to 10 - I've only made it to 10 miles once and I know I can do it, I just have to push myself.

So today I will ride my recumbant bike for at a minimum of 8 miles, hopefully I'll max it to 10!!

I am one of the slackers - but I have a reason right now - waiting for clearance for the Dr early next month to start getting back on track. I still lead an active lifestyle just nothing formal.

Now I'm really excited to see a little activity on this thread :o) A little nudge is good sometimes, yes?

Lisa you're one of our faithful regulars, keep up the good work. Kathy, you can do it! I'll be anxious to see you post the 10 miles! Pam, I'll look forward to seeing you post later in the week.

Happy Happy!

Keep on movin'

I'm a little pouty today about my exercise.  Usually on Tuesdays, I go to Zumba, but I'm speaking at a conference for work this afternoon, and there's no way I'll be back from NYC in time to go.  I can't believe I'd ever say this, but I hate when something interferes with my exercise!  My consolation is that I'll most likely be doing a LOT of walking in the city, and I'll have my GoWear Fit on to count my steps & calories, etc.  I think this will be at least a 12,000 step day, so I shouldn't feel too bad about it.

But I still want to pout a little about missing Zumba!

If it does not rain, I'm planning to go out for a walk in a little bit. If it does I will be using my treadmill, time to dust it off
