sticking to the basics - monday
Good Morning Liz!
I finally got my cheeseburger yesterday when my brother and SIL came to visit. That is all I have wanted since surgery. It was yummy.
I haven't even thought about today. So, here is a rough plan.
M1: CIB with milk
M2:
M3: homemade veggie beef soup
M4:
M5: homemade crab cake
M6:
I don't feel like eating (which is a good thing) so I will fill in the blanks later. Have a great day!!

I went to the meeting Saturday and got lots of good food advice and decided its time to shake the old routine up, so this is my plan for the day...
B: 3 oz greek yogurt w/sf jelly; 1/2 sf raisin bran muffin
S: Banana w/peanut butter
L: Turkey & cheese roll-up; sf pudding
S: 3 oz greek yogurt w/sf jelly; other 1/2 of raisin bran muffin
D: Salad and some type of protein just not sure what right now
S: Nuts

My weekend wasn't bad, just odd... but I didn't make my protein goal yesterday for the first time in i don't know how long :-(. Got to the end of the day and totaled things up (mistake was waiting, but dind't have time/opp before that) and if I had done a protein bar or anything else to make up the difference, I would have been way over on fat, cals, and carbs. So i let it be.
Today's plan:
B: Fresh pineapple, yogurt
S: Mashed cauliflower (made with greek yogurt and cheese - yum)
L: Protein bar
S: Cheese stick, cashew butter on cocopops
D: Chicken salad with grapes
S: Acai energy pie

S: DD Coffee/Milk/Splenda
L: shrimp & raw pepper
S: tea with 2% milk
D: homemade stuffed peppers with 93% ground beef & TVP --- pretty good
S: maybe eat my salad I made for dinner but couldn't eat
Started Zumba tonight. Did pretty good.
