Good Morning All...

Well as you saw (if you saw) from my WOW post last night, I am pregnant so special eating comes into play... I am supposed to get 2000 calories, 100 grams carbs, 90 grams of protein. I am feeling kinda crummy and protein isn't agreeing with me so I am on a "whatever sits" order from the Dr

B: 1/2 bagel with light cream cheese
S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
L: not sure - have to pick something up - thinking salad
S: pick at some leftovers from lunch
D: pork chops (STILL haven't cooked them! lol my MOm keep showing up with food after work)
S: chocolate pudding with PB

Ok so today's plan is...

M1   Coffee and Matrix Vanilla
M2   Cheese stick
M3   Chicken noodle soup.  (mostly just the veggies and chicken not so much the noodles)
M4   Chicken salad
M5   Fish and Cauliflower w/cheese
M6   probably not a darn thing.  (i'm horrible with a M6)

Here's the plan...now the trick is to stick to it!

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Atkins Protein bar; 1/2 banana
L: Some kind of salad (going out but don't know where yet)
S: Cheese stick
D: Chicken taco salad (homemade)
S: Nuts?

Congrats, Liz!  I was starting to wonder if you were feeling tired for a good reason!

Here's today's plan:

B: Chocolate Max Protein
S: Cold chicken
L: 1 pc of pizza, cheese off another slice (work is throwing a pizza lunch)
S: fage with berries
D: Chopped antipasto
S: cold chicken, SF jello

Morning, all... not a lot of options in the fridge for packing this morning, so my plan is kinda sketchy. 

B:  Matrix shake with strawberries and bananas
S:  Pineapple
L:  Cashew butter with cocopops
S:  Mozzeralla stick

Better late then never...

M1:  pumpkin protein shake - super yummy!
M2:  Greek yogurt
M3:  Santa Fe turkey and provolone roll up which got stuck
M4:  CIB and milk
M5:  soup
M6:  probably milk or maybe protein pudding

Not enough liquids but I am working on it!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
