A few GNC stores carry it.  Otherwise, you can go to the SEI pharmaceutical website and order it there.  Lois gets hers from a GNC in Philly - buy 2, get one free.  When I called a GNC an hour from me, found out they carried it, I asked if I purchased 2, can I get one free, and he said "well, yeah sure, I guess."  The other GNC I called that carried it, closer to my home, said "no!"  So, I may be taking a trip and getting some.  Lois was right, it's great protein, although a little pricey.  I mixed it with Banana DaVinci, Coconut DaVinci, and Pineapple DiVinci and what a great pina colada protein drink.

As for me, it's a blah day and I'm at work.  I'm dealing with anxiety and fear.  I felt off balance all day yesterday, had anxiety-driven dreams last night, and still feel weirded out this morning.

Hitting a women's AA meeting tonight and will hopefully connect with someone I can talk this through with.

I ate through my anxiety last night, which is not what I wanted to do.  I did not pick up the phone or talk about my feelings with anyone.  Another stupid mood.  Hopefully today will go better.

 In super great today. except i miss my hubby.. I had a great day yesterday!! Here's alittle tid bit of my day yesterday. Which makes today super great!!

Had my appt. yesterday.. Got my rhogam shot( rh negative). Then met with my regular ob. Im up 11 lbs at 29 weeks.. They say im doing VERY good weight wise. They said my high risk OB was alittle behind so they shuffled me over there after talking with the widwives. U/S tech took me for my US. Baby Marshall is growing well 3lbs 6oz. Measuring 30 week 3 days.  Hes doing great. He is in the 75 percentile for his weight. Then she did a 4D ultrasound!!. ohh he is so much like his little sis!! I cannot believe it. Mom looks great. Baby looks great. After that my high risk ob came in. Dr. Smith. He is this big guy. So nice and well mannered. He said I looked great and make good babies!! Then he told me the bestest news ever!!! They talked it over and physically and mentally they feel my body can handle trial of labor for a VBAC!!! Ive been ok'd to go into labor and labor on my own!! We talked about the signs of labor.( my son was born at 34ish weeks)So we are being causious. He told me he thinks im a great candidate for it and he really hopes i can get my VBAC!  He told me he's rooting for me! So im excited to tell everyone that if you really are adimite and want a VBAC be super positive about it. Work hard, do your research and hopefully you will be able to have the same great results I did. so after 2 Csections!! You can try for a vbac!!

ugg. the flu is everywhere!! My son has it and half my sisters family and my cousins family has it too. I have my phone consult with the wls center in 15 minutes and I am starting to feel like the day might actually come where I can say I have a date for surgery. Oh wait I do have a surgery date but, unfortunately not for wls. I have to get some cysts removed in Dec.  Just what I needed to hear from the doc yesterday. NOT.
On the up side his scale said I lost weight so. yippi for that. Glad everyone slept well. I did ok.

Morning, folks,

I'm staying home sick today (should have yesterday, but didn't... stuuupid me).  Less sinuses this morning, more chest cough.  Lovely.  My plan for the day is to go now and run the 2 critical errands I have to do (dropping stuff at the printer's and faxing paperwork to the bank), then come home and hang aroudn in PJs carrying my tissues from one room to the other and working on "fun" stuff on the computer.  yay.

Congrats on the becoming an "ex-smoker". . .  it is one of the hardest things you will ever do, but from someone who probably attempted it 10 times before I really did it, sooo worth it, though it may be a few months before you really see the difference. . .  can't wait to see your tats too!

Mary congrats on stopping smoking. I know it is hard jason quit for 9 mos once and then 6 mos the next. It is a hard thing to do. So hang in there. We are hoping for another try soon, I want him to be around a long time.

I am doing a little better, have a 12 hr day today but should be ok.  The car is getting looked at today should know some more later.
