I was hoping to be here on New Year's, but I hit a stall.  I got here Friday and have stalled again.  Tuesday I start working out with a trainer 2x a week, hopefully that will break the stalls. I am happy to finally be in Onederland.  I haven't been here in decades and I am never leaving.

Welcome to onederland!

I did find that once I got there, the stalls became longer and more frequent, as your body is adjusting to its lower nutritional needs or changed metabolism.  Very frustrating!  Just keep doing things right and your body WILL find its natural equalibrium.  Just takes patience (note to self - PATIENCE).

Congratulations on your milestone.  Onederland is a great place to be.  The further out we get the slower the weight comes off but don't get discouraged.  I just visualize how much less of me there is and get refocused on my goal.

Great job Sarah!! It's such a wonderful place to be.

Glad to see you posting and sharing your journey with us!  Good luck with the trainer. Let them know exactly what you are trying to accomplish and they will be able to give you the right workout.  It should change every now and then to keep your body guessing.  If you hit a stall, tell your trainer and see if they can change up your workout!

Keep up the great work!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
