Sticking to the Basics - Monday
Good Morning All! Lets keep up another week of record postings!
B: oatmeal
S: lite-n-fit yogurt (sweetened with fructose only and I believe it was 6 g a cup total sugars - I know someone had asked last week)
L: I'll run out and get some soup
S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
D: leftover steak and broccoli or something else from around the house if I don't feel better
S: chocolate pudding
What's on your plan for today??

doing pretty well with food...think I may do some modification of 5 day again, just to see what else I can accomplish with it.. trying to get below 170 this week

S: something from Wegman's, have a meeting there tonight.. going to see what kind of soup they have

Morning everyone!
B- steel cut oatmeal with sf Log Cabin and chopped Granny Smith apple
S- cheddar cheese
L- 3 oz shrimp with tossed salad and balsamic vinegar
S- Herbalife protein shake
D- Grilled ranch chicken with steamed peas
S- hard boiled egg
Exercise- 45 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of weight training and 1 hr yoga. I am stepping things up hardcore as of this week!
i actually made it through the weekend with minimal damage, ate more crackers with the cheese than I intended to, but other than that. Not a huge break down and weekends are always tough.
