Recipe - Whole grain corn bread

Was in the mood for corn bread to go with my crock pot of chili tonight, so I did a little experimenting.  The result was not bad - tasty corn muffins that are whole grain, sugar free, and WLS-friendly.  Next I'm going to try the same recipe, but subbing garbanzo bean flour for the whole wheat flour.

Think you could sub some white flour for the almond flour?  I know it would change the nutritional info....
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Yep - the original recipe called for all white flour instead of the whole wheat and almond - i subbed the blend of whole wheat and almond for the white to try and up the fiber and avoid the refined white flour.  So you could easily sub it back.
