Super Sunday Roll Call

Good Morning Everyone,
I was hoping to get up early and get to my AA meeting, but I overslept.  I am feeling dizzy and light headed.  I must get moving and get to church.  I promised I would drive two friends from rehab who are living nearby.

I hope to find an AA meeting to go to, as I have 30 days sobriety as of yesterday.  I also missed going to my sponsor's last night.  My back was killing me.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Hugs,
Trish

Trish, congratulations on 30 days! That is a great milestone.

I'm just on for a moment this morning - have to get ready for church and get there early. Then home to cook dinner, finish laundry, and hopefully watch a movie or a little of the Olympics. Pretty simple stuff there!

Take care everyone. Hey, can you believe the prediction is for more snow tomorrow night? How can there be any more snow LEFT? Our local forecast says "light snow" but also says "several inches."

Morning Trish and Pa.. congrats on 30 days Trish!! Awesome accomplishment... keep up the good work one day at a time.

This morning I am off to the gym for Sunday morning madness... 3 classes   30 min quick cardio. 60 min pilates, 60 min body pump.

This afternoon I plan to just relax and take a nap in prep for tonight.

Tonight I am driving down to Blue Bell to go to karaoke with a friend from work.  If anyone is in the area, we will be at Whitpain Tavern on Dekalb Pike.  I will be there by around 9:30.  I'd love to see you there!  I can't wait to go.  The drive is a pain, especially on the way home.  But, it will be so worth it to hang out with these girls!!!!

Happy Valentine's Day to those of you who have someone to celebrate with.  For the rest of us, celebrate the new lease on life you have given your own heart and live it up!!!!

Morning!

Congrats, Trish!  Definately a great milestone to have hit!

Well, today is a little up in the air.  I will make a run to the store for a few items....the cinnamon rolls (non WLS friendly) I made last week went over really big and I've been requested to make them again for hubby for valentine's day.  I was gonna make him petit fours...but he'd prefer them.

Also contemplating dinner.  Generally I make something "special" but we haven't had the tacos I made the other day...so I'm wondering if I should just do that.  It doesn't really matter either way to hubby.

Not sure if we are gonna see his parents today....that's a whole big story....I'd prefer to spend the day with just him, so we'll see.

Other than that...just chilling around the house

Have a great Valentine's day everyone!  Remember...it's not just a couple holiday...it's for everyone you LOVE so everyone always has SOMEONE that could be their valentine...a child, a parent, a BFF, a kitty :)

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone!!

We have nothing special planned for today.  Maybe go out to breakfast, but that will depend on when Paul's son wakes up.  He went skiing yesterday and was exhausted last night.

When my boys got home from skiing last night (unfortunately, Paul can't ski anymore because of his back), they surprised me with roses, a balloon, and cards.  Anson sneaked the balloon and cards into his bedroom by wrapping them in his ski suit!  And he picked out a musical card for me!  How sweet!!!

Have a great day, all!!!  And I agree with Pam---our Valentines are all the people/creatures we have in our lives and love!!!

I agree with Pam ( big surprise I know) happy valentine's day to you all!! Love you!

Today has me at home, my parents are brining my uncle over to hook up the outlets in the baby's room - FINALLY YAY!!! I am making dinner, an easy one of course, pork roast, mashed potatoes and a veggie of sorts. I already made some little heart shaped cakes and I am going to dip some bananas and strawberries in chocolate.

Have a good day all!

Trish congrats on the 30 days of sobriety!

Bravo Trish!  Good for you.  One day at a time as my recovering addict husband who has 17 1/2 years of will tell you.  Hope your  back feels better soon.  Stay warm.  today has me petsitting and Heather going to the farm to take care of our horses and maybe doing things around the house.  I so need a Barix meeting and am glad to have that to look forward to.  Ugh I so mave the munchies!!!!  Especially being stuck with the weather. We had 2 days of no power and I was so glad to see the flicker of lights coming back on when the power came back.  However next time I am so prepared the barbeque grill will be right outside the sliding doors of the kitchen and water is stocked up and lots of candles and the ice chest will be on standby.  What a terrible feeling!  Be prepared and luckily I have a friend's house to escape to also.  Everybody have a great day.
