X-post- 100lbs gone!!!
As of today, I've lost 100lbs (100.2 actually) from my highest recorded weight from a weigh****chers meeting in 2007. I am in complete shock because it seems like i've waited for this for such a long time and now that it's finally here, it seems surreal. I wanted to be at goal by my 1 Year anniversary, but its not going to happen and I'm ok with that. That will come with time. Technically, I'm still classified as overweight by my BMI, but my body fat percentage is within normal range. To me, that's more important. Whats really important is that I feel the best I ever have. I think we all go through our ups and downs, question "what have I done" "was this the best choice" etc etc, but through everything I wouldnt change a thing. If I never see 140, then that's fine with me. This was never really about a number, it was about feeling better and I feel amazing.
Happy Monday everyone!
Happy Monday everyone!

You've been a picture of successing from the door, my dear, and congratulations! And you know what...you are DAMN close to goal and I have no doubt that you will make it there.
But what you said is a hundred percent...it is how you FEEL that is important...not the actual number!
Congrats on being a member of the century club!
