RSV sticks around for QUITE a long time with ups and downs along the way. I'm gonna guess that the mucous is mostly what is upsetting his stomach....

Hope he feels better!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Thats what we are hoping - the Dr also mentioned (I am going to mutilate this) pyloric stenosis (sp?) if that's the case he'll need surgery :( HOPING AND PRAYING that it's just the drainage nastiness and maybe a little reflux.
