S: blue berry Quaker Maid rice cakes...if you haven't tried them yet, they are YUMMY!
S: Cheese after Karate.

Going out to my favorite Indian Restaurant (have no idea what the nutritional info really is, can only estimate what is might me based on some recipes I have that don't taste nearly as good as the real deal)
