I am in one of those "desperately need to grocery shop" moments agian.

S: cheddar cheese
L: have to pick something up
S: yogurt
S: string cheese
D: somethign with ground beef
S: pudding maybe

so I started off the morning on the wrong foot.. not sure what happened, but it wasn't as terrible as it could have been.

B: cocopop w/cream cheese.. think I needed the crunch

I had a crap morning poor planning this tends to happen on nights I have my clients.

B- sheetz egg and cheese english muffin
S- chai latte
L- protein shake
S- greek yogurt
D- whatever veg and meat jason makes after i get home from seeing clients

L:  spinach w/ chicken, roasted red peppers, black beans & balsamic dressing w/ fresh fruit  salad
S:  (pre workout)  pear and cheese stick
S:  (post workout)  milk
D:  fish taco
S:  banana

okay,
S: sugar free french vanilla cappuccino w/ protein added
B: boiled egg, 6 oz. black berry yogurt (dannon light & fit)
L: shrimp and ****tail sauce
S: almonds or a protein bar
D: homemade calico beans (sugar free)
S: protein drink or shake

Ok so this is my split eating day...some while I am awake, a nap, and then the bulk of my food from 7p-7a at work.  And I'm in triage tonight which means I am making my meals smaller and more frequent due to being exhausted and sometimes bored.  It stops me from the temp of the vending machine crap.

B:  One home made empanada w/ chicken
S:  Two string cheese
L:  small hamburger

For work:
Greek yogurt  with berries
SF pudding parfait w/ strawberries and bananas (will be split into two servings throughout the night)
Ham and Cheese on a everythng bagel thin (will be split into two servings throuhgout the night)
Peaches and coolwhip free (peaches and cream, yum o!)
SF Raspberry Jello
2 String cheese

Not sure if I will eat it all - but it gives me lots of options.  I'll probably have some roast chicken when I get home that I made today
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
