Well, I've decided that I'm slipping, and the only way to get back on track is to go on the five-day pouch test.  I am starting it today.  Wish me luck!  It's crazy how fast one can put on the weight if they aren't constantly on their toes.  I'll be out four years the end of June.  I know that I never want to go back there.

Exercise was never a problem as I try to get to the gym as much as I can.  I'm also a water drinker and a very slow eater.  I'm just eating the wrong things, and this weekend was a complete disaster when it came to eating the wrong things.

Oh well, that's all past me know.  I can't change the past, but I can redirect and look forward to the future.

Have a great day, everybody.  Thanks for listening, and please say prayers.  I may need them.

Thanks, Julia, for your support and encouragement.  This is the first time since my surgery that I've done the pouch test.  I look at it as an adventure.  That's the only way to go!

What's the use of self-bashing.  I just need to regroup and get back on track.  Thanks so much for your support.  I'm not one to reach out, but I will take you up on your offer of support.

Thanks, Karen.

Hugs back at ya!

Thanks, Liz.  I sure as heck am going to try!  Today hasn't been too bad.  I haven't had anything solid and am fine with it.  Thanks for your support and encouragement.

It's not as hard as I thought it would be.  Today is day 2 of the liquids, and I'm really not hungry or craving anything.  For me, that's a plus!  Thanks for your encouragement!

You can do it. It is not hard. I went back and did a 2 week post op recreate and it was pretty easy.
I actually enjoyed just doing shakes and not having to worry about food
