To view the entire article, click on each menu option on the left side of the page. Especially of interest if you use EAS ready to drink or Muscle Milk shakes.

Stitch I didn't see a lot of details on the actual methodology. Interested in your opinion though...care to elaborate?

Wow... interesting, especially as I have muscle milk light several times a week.  may need to cut back on that a bit.  and i wish they had info on Matrix proteins...

Interesting...and probably one of the reasons Dr. Pupkova wanted me off shakes ASAP and NEVER reccommends protein bars...

And GREAT to read after two days of liquids, I might add, lol

But, I'm not totally convinced....I'm sure there's lots of stuff in lots of things that we don't even know about...and it hasn't killed us yet :)
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Yep, Dr. P is NOT a fan of drinks and bars!

But there are some brands listed that get decent ratings (GNC AMP is one that I have used).  It's all sort of relative I guess, and their results were based on 3 shakes a day, which we don't do consistently.
