 You got them all right on the money.  I had a problem getting all of that gas to move after surgery and you are right it moves o it's own time and is different for each one of us.  Hope that you are feeling better and on the mend!

 I really like the Silk Lite Soy Milk and frequently switch between Soy and Fat Free Milk and have not noticed a difference in gas with the Soy.  I have used it in all flavors of GNC 100% Whey protein shakes and it works great. I find the protein shakes stick with me longer if made with Soy.

 Congratulations.  I did the liquid thing thru Thanksgiving last year in my attempt to loose 30-50 lbs by the 1st of the year.  i found it to be a great practice in sacrifice and tradeoffs that has paid off over and over again since the surgery.  Congrats on the date!  That is awesome!

Congrats Liza!!  Getting cancelled sucks but I couldnt imagine what you have gone thru!  You will make it thru this time, stay positive and we will all keeps our fingers and whatever else we can cross, crossed for you.  There will be plenty of room on the bench for you.  Good Luck!!

Thanks for the feedback...I picked up a carton of silk vanilla at S&S today.  Mixed up a protein shake and so far, no problems with additional gas...  (keeping fingers crossed).

Thanks for the kind words....feeling better these past 2 days....still got to get rid of some of the distention...thats the biggest downside in all of this ...

Wow...  you have lost a lot of weight since surgery....good for you!  I am hopeful as well!
