Don't be so hard on yourself, Remember we are all in this together and I'm glad you can reach out to us for support. I'm getting on a plane tomorrow morning to go to Pennsylvania and meet with a surgeon about my DS surgery. I have done all and i mean ALL of the pre-op testing you can think of. Everything that Dr.Sax had required plus a few things turned in by the new surgeon so I can't possibly think of anything else. Please keep me in your prayers that this finally goes well. I have been fighting this for a long time and it would be so nice to finally get started on a new life. Thanks for listening to me.

Topic: 5 Years ago today!!! Surgiversary!!!!
Hey yall it was 5 years ago today that I had my GBS!! I cannot believe it has been that long. I started my Journey at 440lbs and today am at 194. I am struggling a little as yall know but am proud to say that I have not re gained any weight!!!! I am below my docs goal of 230lbs and they told me I am good where I am but I say NO..LOL.. I would like to loose 15 to 30 more!!! Well just wanted to post....Hope to see yall next week!! What an Awsome hourney it has been I am sooooooo happy that I took that step!!!!

Glad to know he is out of surgery and was able to have Lap instead of open. Thank god Dr Roye was able to repair his stomach and nothing worse happened to him.
