Topic: Moving to RI
Hi all !
I'm moving to RI in the next few weeks and am 6 months post op from RNY (down 114.6 lbs). I need to find a good doctor in RI to get on board with that also sells the supplements (currently i'm LOVING The Pro-15Ti Peach Mango and Wildberry passion). Anyone have any reccomendations ?
Looking forward to reading more and getting to know you guys ! (btw, I grew up in RI but haven't lived there for 23 yrs...... so this is going to be interesting !!)

Don't you think that if you could do it on your own, you would have by now? You need to do something now before it goes too long. Why do you think you weren't able to do it in 07. Maybe you should take time to talk to a professional about this, to understand what was happening and how to avoid it in the future?
Good Luck!

congrats on your weightloss....and you are absolutely right...you are still the same person inside, but you have to give them time to absorb the transformation..i still have issues with my own family not recognizing me...lol
i have no problem telling anyone who asks how i did it... i blurt it out..gastric bypass..and it saved my life...and when i tell them about it, i always say..this is based on my own experience. everyone is different.
i bet you look amazing, as well as mr rhody i'm sure...
as far as the 10% regain, i am nervous!!!!!! i nearly freaked out with a 3 pound weight gain due to pms..maybe i should set a new goal for myself??? arrgghhh!!!

Topic: Trying to get on track
I am so mad at myself! I had my bypass surgery Feb of 2007 and never really got down to an ideal weight but was doing well for a little over a year with maintaining a decent weight, but in the past 9 or 10 months have gained 45lbs. I can't seem to lose it and am seriously fustrated. I am still considered morbidly obese and don't know if I should look into a revision or find a non-surgical way. I may try to do it on my own and see what happens. I Have an appointment for Thurs with my surgeon, and I guess I will see what he says. Any input?
Topic: True 500 Treadmill
I need to sell my treadmill. I bought it at Gym Source about 6 years ago for $2999. It's very low miles. I've got the users manual and belt lubrication supplies, too. I'd like to get $1500 for it. Please PM me if interested.

Lap-Band patients are advised to consume fifty to sixty grams of protein daily to avoid protein deficiency. Protein deficiency causes hair loss, fatigue, edema, muscle weakness, and a delay in wound healing. A lack of adequate protein may also lead to depression, anxiety, irritability, apathy, and other mental health conditions, as well as cause a number of physical health issues from gallstones to colds, headaches, low blood pressure, anemia, irregular hear rates, and, in extreme cases, death. A lab can measure the amount of protein in your blood by performing a serum albumin blood test.
