The last time I saw my surgeon I asked her who she recommends.  She likes Dr. Richard Zienowicz at RI Hospital, and another surgeon at Kent.  Forget his name.  I'd be happy to call her office to find out if you'd like - just let me know.

Hello, I also have Dr.V and my surgery is on Monday 4/5, I think from reading different post here and going to support groups and reading all the material given to me by Dr.V's office I think I am as prepared for this as anything I have ever done. I was told that I wouldn't need anything in the hospital everything I would need would be provided so I will just bring myself,,  that's enough crap to drag around, if I need anything else I will ask My DW to bring up, oh ya the only thing I will be taking is my I-POD shuffle, I don't leave home without, I hate noise when I sleep.

Well good luck with your up-coming surgery I hope all goes well.
