I have been a big fan of Isopure as well!
I like freezing it in ice cube trays then using the 'ice' in my Crystal Light! Yummers!

Hi Chris!
I hope your holiday was a great one! Hi to Lisa!
You've lost a lot of weight in a very short amount of time! Your body is just taking a rest.
You work out a lot. Do you change things around or do you do basically the same work out each day/week? Sometimes it helps to change things around a bit to kick your body back into weight loss mode.
Keep track of your calories and be sure you are getting the calories needed to work out AND lose weight. If you are not getting in enough calories, your body will go into starvation mode. But you know that already.
Be sure to check in with your nutritionist at regular intervals. He/She can help make sure you are on track on the type and amount of calories you are needing right now.
Have a great New Year! See you in 2010!
