So, I tried the Dreamfields Pasta.....

OMG!!! I am SO happy . I don't have to go pasta free for life now. First off, it is delicious. I added 1/4 cup of Hunt's sauce, 1 tablespoon of grated cheese and a teaspoon of Olive Oil (because I need the good fats and calories) and the one serving of pasta.  It came out to 280 calories with 8 grams of fat, 13 net carbs, 3 grams of sugar and 8 grams of protein. I am full!!!

It won't be a daily meal, but a treat that I love and will look forward to. My nut lowered my protein goal to 80-90 grams per day, and I have no problem meeting that.

I honestly think that my new lifetime diet can be a reality for life. I still am not quite eating enough, but I am trying every day.

I too love Dreamfields Pasta as an occasional change of pace.   It's yummy and not horrible as an occasional change up.   YUM!

I'm really glad to hear it's OK to eat Dreamfields after RNY. I was worried I would never have sketties again!

I don't have pasta very often but when I do, its Dreamfields.  We bought a bunch at Big Lots for 1.50 a box!!  They had the macaroni, lasagna, spaghetti and there was one more...  was it fettucini?  I think so... No, maybe linguine. I can't rembmer!
