Round is a shape!

We have a memory foam bed and it does wonders for my back and I don't have as many pressure point aches when I wake up in the morning.

Hoping the rest of the week will be better... just been frustrated about some things and bad choices I've made. I feel like I am not practicing what I preach and it's bothering me.

Breakfast- 1 Egg and 1 Eggo Waffle
Lunch- Taco Salad with lettuce, Chimichuri steak, pinto beans, cheese and a lime vinaigrette
Dinner- Balsamic Glazed Chicken thighs, corn on the cob and a green salad
Snack- Wasabi almonds, string cheese and some crackers

Something I am looking forward to is giving my parents a hug
