Good Morning JB and Menuers,

JB sorry your still under the weather. I hope it passes quickly. That Meme really puts those words in prospective. I am going with the murder part of it.

Nothing new or exiting on my end today. I did do blood work this morning while fasting so this coffee is tasting even better than usual. How does that happen to something that is already great. Work has been busy but I am going to bust outta here for lunch with the twins round 1. I never do lunch out so this will be a nice treat. Ha Ha just remebered I packed my lunch so I guess ill put it in the fridge for tomorrow.

Good morning~ Hang in there JB, it's almost the weekend! A feel better lobster roll - does it get any better?! I am looking forward to this weekend SO much just to have a break from work! It's been nuts - so many changes and reorganization happening. I am vowing to not check my work email all weekend, fingers crossed! No real plans other than packing/organizing, dog walks, errands... I still wake up at 4:30-5 on the weekends and look forward to that first cup of coffee every time. It's what gets me out of bed really, that and the scale.

I did not eat any pizza crust yesterday nor did I have any cake - YAY! Today will be easier - sushi with my kiddo for lunch is a no brainer for me.

Good early afternoon everyone.

My A1c went up to 5.9. I am both upset as all get out and relieved it wasn't worse at the same time. I think that the certain med is finally losing effect but I still have some work to do. I have some serious soul searching to do. I honestly haven't cared. About anything really. So much has been on my plate that I've taken to hiding my head in the sand. Not healthy for my body or mind. So I've got to get to something. I just don't know yet.

On top of all that's happened the past few weeks we are likely nearing the end of time with our 21 year old man kitty. Even though he is so old it's so hard. He seems to be in no pain...is eating and drinking well. BUT...something seems different. The kittens are acting weird with him.

QOTD: these fools...they always get me.

B: PP shake, coffee and a piece of cheese

L: frozen meal with cauliflower and pizza stuff - light pudding

D: shrimp...haven't decided how to fix it yet but there will be some kind of veggie

S: popcorn, yogurt and ???

Sending lots of love to Kitty.

Sorry to hear about the A1C. The good news is that it is in your control unlike some of your other health issues...

Hi All

mentally I am feeling better about adding a few calories but will probably increase them slowly. Today I was a touch over 800 calories. I have a hard time deciding what to have though since I still don't really want items with a lot of calories. I guess I am afraid that the weight loss will slow down. I am so not interested in the slow 1 pound a week business. I know I know enjoy the journey.

QOTD: last week at the lake someone had the cutest little dog (toy size). We couldn't determine the breed but he was sure cute.

B: oikios triple zero Greek yogurt

S: 2 light baby bell cheese

L: baked skinless chicken thigh

S: pure protein bar

D: street taco size pork chili verde

S: frozen Greek yogurt

E: 30 min walking.
