Hi there!

I am many years out from my RNY surgery. Many ups and downs. Currently struggling with a weight regain due to stress and poor eating. I have battled with reactive hypoglycaemia since shortly after surgery. It was never a severe problem and I was able to handle it. Recently it has become more of an issue and my anxiety is really starting to get the better of me. I guess I'm looking for anyone who is struggling with this aswell and any advice.
