My birthday - so what??

Thanks Mel!  Handsome . . . dang, that makes an ol' fart feel good!  Being less than half the man I was feels good too.  And thanks for being here for all the support, advice and knowledge you give to others!

Thanks folks. YOU are my support group. Since I had my surgery at Vandy, I adopted this as my WLS family.  Bob L., Mel, Scott, Trina, and some many others here are inspirations and positive influences for so many folks. You always offer encouragement, understanding, advice, and sometimes just a good old kick in the butt when it's needed.
