GRATEFUL POST

Good Morning.. I am grateful... That it is almost nine in the morning and I have already worked in my yard for about 45 minutes.. That Bo and Kirk time out of their busy schedule to email members.. That the sun is shining.. That I have many wonderful friends on the TMB.. That I am going to have lunch with my wonderful angel Rachel today.. That I am going to go buy me a bike today.. And hopefully ride it to work daily.. PEACE 464/409/238/214

Ramon, I am grateful ...that my children are healthy ...that my mother is still with us ...that I have a sister that would do anything for me ...that I have a job I still enjoy going to ...more tomorrow. You have a beautiful day, Ramon. T

HELLO ! I am grateful that I got to wear sandals and capris today !!! I am grateful for last night and my 3 year old's first circus !! It was fun ! I am grateful that I was able to confidently walk all over the circus and not feel self concious about myself and worry that I wouldnt fit in the seat at the arena and the aisles ! I fit and had room to spare !!! I am grateful for my continued weight loss...only 35 more to my goal !!! Have a great day ! Jen 340/175.5/???

Hi Dimples! Today I'm grateful for........... SUNSHINE, love, laughter & life, health,happiness and all my family and friends. That my parents were doing well on my visit to Abilene this past weekend. That I got to visit with 2 of my long time friends in Abilene I haven't seen in a long while. That God blesses me each and everyday & forgives my stupid mistakes I make daily

I am thankful that my insurance company had me jump through all the hoops before they approved my surgery. The jumping of the hoops, reminds me of what I fought so hard for and that I will do everything in my power to make this surgery a success! I worked to hard for a healthier life not to follow ALL the rules. Sometimes I just need to reaffirm my decision about WLS. Have a blessed day, Michelle

Today I am grateful that: ~~I haven't had any nausea today (I'm just 3 weeks post op and have had recurring issues with spitting up) ~~I can look in the mirror and see a bit of a difference ~~my only jeans no longer fit me and I'm looking in the back of my closet for clothes that have been out of action for a while (Yea!!!) ~~I am blessed with a wonderful family and close friends who are supportive without reservation! ~~I am beginning to cross things off my "benchmark list" (see my profile towards the bottom)...they are only small ones now, but they are going to be the beginning of a pattern. ~~that I have this board to serve as a sourse of information and support. Thanks....Donna

I am grateful that I can come to this message board and see positive things. It makes me smile For weird cartoons online. For music, without it traffic would be unbearable. With it, my commute turns into dance party usa!

Oh I am so happy you are getting a bike, thats great. I am so greatful that God allowed my son in law to get home from Iraq healthy. That all my children and family are healthy. That life is sooooo good. Love ya therisa
