Is anyone besides me struggling to get their water and protein in , in a day? I used to be dehydrated all the time right after surgery trying to get food and water down.

Seems like I've been drinking water all day. 64 ozs so far and I'm gonna struggle to get my protein in later on. I have gotten about 25 grams so far today. Guess I'm destined for protein powder.
