Strawberry Lemonade Protein Drink

Yes, I still drink my protein shakes everyday!!! It is what helps me get through the afternoon at the swimming pool!!! Anyways, I have started drinking these and they are sooooo yummy, just wanted to share 4 oz of Strawberry Lemonade (Sam's Choice) 4 oz of water 1 scoop of Unjury Vanilla Protein Powder (I'm sure your favorite will work as well) then shake shake shake and pour over a glass of ice; garnish with a frest strawberry. Hey Kathy, you know not sure of the sugar content, that is why I only have 4oz, I never look much at sugar on my juice because I only have 4oz and then add 4oz of water I do this with all my juices. Kathy I just noticed it in Wal-mart last week (the new one in Forney) Down the juice isile I order unjury from their website. However, today I was on there and I noticed that they have "auto-ship" but you have to call it in. So, I will be doing that. With my PS coming up in July I want to make sure I am drinking on protien shake aday. Unjury helps promote healing after surgery, and helps keep your body healthy before surgery. If you are concerned about the sugar content, you can use 8 oz of Sugar Free Strawberry Lemonade Koolaid instead of the Sam's Choice and water. It may change the taste a little but it's still good. By the way, I noticed there is a button ad for Unjury on the left side of the screen if you scroll down below the blue message board links. Unjury is the best, as far as I am concerned. They are wonderful to work with. I am on a monthly auto-ship but if I need to change my order I just e-mail them or call on their 800 number.
